I'm addicted to Pinterest. I haven't had as much time as I'd like lately, but I window shop daily. I'm also madly in love with Paris. I've had a cute Eiffel Tower statue on my nightstand for about a year and had the idea to try to turn it into a night light. I wanted it to remind me of how it twinkled at night when you saw from far away. Christmas lights wouldn't work, they'd be too large and ruin the delicate metal lines of the statue. I found these led lights that are battery powered and mounted on wire and ordered them from Amazon. It was pretty simple and quick to set up. I made sure the wire followed the existing lines of the statue. The final effect is stunning at night. With my glasses off, the lights turn into bokeh blurs and I can pretend I'm looking at the real thing.
